New Small Group Weekday Training Options

LISOT is pleased to announce new opportunities for sailors to train in small groups during the week with Pepe, Steve and/or additional coaches.

The new training options include:

Optimist Training (Individual up to a small group of 3 boats) 3-hour Weekday Training Blocks (mandatory for new Lisot Opti sailors):

• Location: Determined by sailor(s) and coach in CT or NY. They will come to you - and meet you on the water.

• Schedule: Weekdays - mornings or afternoons.

• Cost: $300 flat fee for the 3-hour Training Block to be paid by/shared among all sailors signed up.

• Extended sessions beyond 3 hours may be possible, if previously planned and agreed upon by all parties.  Cost is an additional $100/hour, also shared by all the sailors. Sailors will be billed, per the normal LISOT invoice process.

I420 and C420 Training (Individual Boat up to 3 boats) 4-hour Weekday Training Blocks:

• Location: Determined by sailor(s) and coach in CT or NY. They will come to you and meet you on the water.

• Schedule: Weekdays - mornings or afternoons.

• Cost: $400 flat fee for the 3-hour Training Block to be paid by/shared among all sailors signed up.

• Extended sessions beyond 4 hours may be possible, if previously planned and agreed upon by all parties.  Cost is an additional $100/hour, also shared by all the sailors. Sailors will be billed, per the normal LISOT invoice process.

On-land I420 and C420 Safety Drill Sessions (mandatory for 420 sailors new to LISOT):

• Location: Determined by sailor(s) and coach in CT or NY. They will come to you.

• Schedule: Weekdays - mornings or afternoons.

• Cost: $200 flat fee for the 2-hour Training Block to be paid by/shared among all sailors signed up. Sailors will be billed, per the normal LISOT invoice process.
